Want through the drive through & took it home to eat and notice there was wasn't a hamburger patty in my sandwich. Who does that?
I was a regular customer here for a few years. I went there every week, sometimes two and three times. I spent a lot of money there. One thing I noticed was that the night shift was way slower and provided worse service than the day crew. I blame most of it on poor management. There's one guy in particular, he's young and seems very immature. If you go in there while he's in charge you are likely to get your order back wrong and/or have to wait a very long time to get your food. The last time I went there I ordered the number one. I got it quick but when I got home and pulled the burrito supreme out of the bag I noticed that it was really thick and hard. When I unrolled it, I found that they had made a huge hole in my burrito and instead of just making it over again, the idiot that made it just wrapped it in another tortilla. Now either this guy was a complete moron, or he was hoping I was. Perhaps both. I will never go back to that store again. Their loss. I'm sure over the course of a year I spent hundreds of dollars. I'll be going to other Taco Bells from now on.
STILL LOUSY....I had hoped to be able to provide a happy ending to resolve my complaint about this particular Sonic. Sadly, that is not to be. Nearly two weeks of nagging these people and complaining on every possible media that I could, I received a call from John Dollar, alleged manager of the Liberty location. He provided this cover up story that he had attempted to call me in the week prior but was unable to make contact or leave a message but he had taken care of it by sending me a food voucher on that weekend. All untrue. This is my cell, there was no missed call, my voicemail works and guess what? Here a month after the incident and two emails to John Dollar to remind him that I still do not have this mystery food voucher.....I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. We had spoken because I tracked him down on the day that he left this elusive message and he was pleasant, acknowledged the problems there and the location was newly acquired by him and he would resolve and I reminded him I was still waiting on this voucher. Today, with nothing in hand I emailed him AGAIN and told him that if he was happy that this location was a reflection of him and his word is no good and that it appears this is just a typical trait of the Sonic franchise, he could keep his broken promise and I would pray for him and his lousy stores with the lousy employees and wished him best of luck. So in closing this franchise must be trash from top to bottom. Good day bottom feeding slimers
Very friendly people! Andre smiles a lot and is very customer friendly. He is interested and doing a good job and keeping customers happy! Great staff!
Their food is really good but, way too expensive. 2 burgers, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and 2 large cream soda $27.96! That's outrageous for fast food!
First off the food was very good!! This is approximately the 5th time we have ate there in the last few months! They take your order promptly & ask for your name! On at least three of our visits the flies in the restaurant have been so bad that it is hard to eat your food because you are swatting them away from the food!! The last visit the cashier was rude to me when I went up to the counter after approximately 15 minutes had elapsed! She said she would let me know when it was ready & turned away, as if to dismiss me! In the meantime the drive-thru window is being serviced regularly. After about 25 minutes we got our food brought to our table. There was a man cleaning the floors the whole time, always while you're eating! We chose not to come to your restaurant the last time we wanted fish, as we like to be served politely & promptly & eat in a bug-free environment!! This Sonics has some rude disrespectful ladies there I use to go there every day for a route 44 cherry limeade as well as my daughter in law we didn't care about about the 10 cent extra for the cherry syrup but don't talk to me like a dog when I am spending money everyday you call ask to speak to a manager and they hang up franchise or not show respect
Third time in a row I've been let down by this place... I'm done going here the people are really rude, my fries are always cold, and my order is not even close to what I order everytime
First day of the new all day breakfast menu is a total bust, alll the have are mcmiffins. Sandwich was dry, egg over cooked, ham tough as shoe leather.
Problems in the parking lot that need to be addressed that is caused by the fact that Subway has WI-FI service and the people that use this service are not Subway customers. They hang in the parking lot, ride skate boards on the sidewalk and are a danger to Subway customers. I live directly across the street and have called the police several times.
