        I have been using C&S since I moved to Independence, MO in 2003. I have never had anything but amazing service from them. Super friendly and fast. And completely trustworthy. They never try to sell you anything you don't need or want.

        I had an AC issue the night of July 31. I called C & S at 8:00 the next morning and was told they could have a technician here in about an hour. Shortly after 9:00 AM the technician arrived and had the issue repaired at 10:00 AM. The charge was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend C & S.

        Overall

        We love their service! They send us a contract every year, all we have to do is sign it and send a check back. They remember to do it and they also call us when it is time for our annual checks. If we need something during the year I call explain what is going on and we have always had a tech that day. They are always friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for any more than that!!
