WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T EVER EAT HERE!!!! We have witnessed the decline of KOI since its new owners. We have spent several thousand dollars there over the last two years and even tip the sushi chef's extra AND buy them beers too. We were there for the very last time today and we let the owners know how disappointed we were about the service, the size of the rice balls and the overall declining experience. The owners wife completely lost it by telling us how dare we say that and that we spend to way much time there, up to two hours because it takes forever to get your food, and that we should be in and out in less than 1 hour! Are you kidding me???? Really one of the most unpleasant and rude restaurateurs we've ever come across. They want to get you in and out as fast as possible and have you eat the least amount of fish and the most amount of rice to fill you up quick. The quality has gone down considerably and the service even more. We found out that we had been targeted for bad service, the next time we came in, just to push us out because we had spent up to two hours at the establishment previously on a number of occasions. We'll if you don't get your first order for 20-30 minutes then one should understand that. Today was even worse. we felt like all the employees had been told to give us bad service for they wanted us out as fast as possible. If you are looking for good service and great sushi then AVOID KOI SUSHI IN INCLINE VILLAGE AT ALL COST. I must say that Arturo, Jun & Ji were good to us until their dictator bosses told them to disrespect us! AGAIN IN SUMMARY, AND COMING FROM A VERY FREQUENT AND AVID SUSHI EATER:THE OWNERS ARE TERRIBLE HOST, ARE RUDE AND UNFRIENDLYTHE QUALITY OF THE FOOD HAS GONE DOWNHILL CONSIDERABLYONE CAN FEEL THE BAD ATMOSPHEREITS OVERPRICED ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU RECEIVE MORE RICE THEN FISHThese owners are complete rude IDIOTS thinking they can dupe people here in such a small affluent village. Get out and stay out!
