My wife and I have been taking our boats to Jay Neeley for almost 19 years. Jay and his crew are the most professional of any service organization we have ever used. Time and time again Jay has gone out of his way to ensure that we were extremely satisfied with his service. His honesty and integrity is displayed in the fact that we have never had any thoughts that he was recommending work that didn't need to be done. His prices are fair and his service work has always been completed on time. He has always taken time to fully explain what needs to be done and why. As a result of his extreme diligence we have never had a problem on the water, which could be a scarry experience on Tahoe, especially on a windy day. You can tell the true quality of a person by the importance he puts on his family. Jay is a good family man, which we truly respect. Matter of fact, Jay has become more than a boat service guy, but also a friend and almost like a son looking out for his Dad and Mom. Without batting an eye we would recommend Jay to anyone.
