I had a very serious and unfortunate incident involving a broken glass top on a 3 week old stove. The assistant store manager Javier went above and beyond to rectify the problem and while doing so, saved me over 250 dollars.Can't explain how grateful I am for that.Will always go to Lowes over Home Depot!
The poor workers are expected to work the floor, answer the phone and help customers at the same time. Because of this, customer service is extremely poor. They completely messed up my online order (which took a month to get) I talked to multiple people who all had different answers. When I did get my order, they must have pulled the most damaged products they had because 70% of my $2,000 purchase had sun and water damage. I was so frustrated with them, I ended up driving further to Pocatello lowes, where I finally got some customer service. Like I said though, I don't feel it's the employees fault, it's poor management
