I'm not really impressed. The water is freezing cold. My son's lips were blue and they had to ask us to leave class because he was too cold. That was last year. I was naively hoping the water would be warmer this year. When I went to register him for class, I went on the first day of registration. They had deleted his class and made a new time, assuming that no one would sign up for the original time. They did open up the original class because I had planned my entire work schedule around the original time, but did not explain to me that if I paid and put him in the class I would not get a full refund if I pulled him out or the class was canceled. The refund has to be mailed, and they are taking $5 out of it for something that is not my fault. I was told, "That's the way we always do our refunds." I wish they had explained that when I registered, because I wouldn't have gone through with it. I just started to go to the water aerobics class and the instructors are really great-I love the class, but the water is still freezing cold and due to poor customer service regarding the refund, I am planning to take the water aerobics classes somewhere else. I know of at least two pools in the area that are warmer and will pay full refunds without them having to be mailed.
Happen to stumble on this, and have been using Biogurd chems for 12 years and find them to be superior. Called the factory a few times for tech info…
