The price was even lower than the book value! I could tell they were trying to take care of us and not as worried about needing to make money!

Have a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L which needed warranty service for a defective passenger seat warmer. We live just over 100 miles from this (nearest Honda) dealer. Scheduled service on a Friday morning about 10 am, and see we are the only ones in the shop for service. Service manager (who was a irritating punk kid) said it would take 1 to 1.5 hours to service. Asked if we could get a loaner, since my wife and daughter are with me and they need to get some shopping done. Answer was, "No"! "But you can rent one". Note: that last service we got here was last summer for a recall and they loaned us a car). So we waited. At 1 1/2 hours the Kid walks into the waiting room and said he's still working on it. Finally at 2 hours, the Kid comes in and said he will have to order the part. I signed the work order and we leave all feeling irritated. It's like dealing with an armature slime ball. I would say they are soaking Honda for warranty hours? Got back home about 7:00 pm and noticed the interior lights did not work. Checked the dim switch and still not lights. Emptied the car in the dark (no garage) and after finishing, immediately called the dealer and asked to leave a message to the service department. Left a message that I will never, ever use this dealership. Worthless service and the how returned the vehicle in worse condition than when we bought it in! This was our 3rd visit. Two for warranty and one for shopping. Found their selection (Honda Pilot's) was low and seemed higher than Salt Lake. Ended up purchasing ours in Salt Lake saving about $4,800. Will never enter a Smith Group again, since they reek an attitude of arrogance and snobby, when it comes to servicing clients. last summer I priced a towing package for the same vehicle, (which included a transition cooler) installed. They were $600 dollars higher than Garff Honda's quote in Salt Lake, which we ended up using.
Great overall experience with the service department. We have always been treated well when we go in. They explain everything on the bill and look for coupons from Nissan. I will continue to use Ron Sayer Nissan
If I could give them NO stars I would be giving this company a no star status. My mother's car has sat at their repair shop for a week and they have done NOTHING to repair it. They have not made any contact with my Mom. She has been the one to call them. They just DO NOT CARE to help my Mom. They don't seem all that reliable. If you want a repair shop to be proactive about fixing your car, go somewhere else. I DO NOT trust Ron Sayer to get the job done.

Totally dissatisfied! Sold a truck with a cracked transmission. Discovered the crack after the first payment. They acknowledged there was a leak and that it had been fixed. When truck is warm, crack gets bigger, fluid leaks profusely! Business refused to do anything about it because we did not buy the warranty. Whatever happened to businesses doing the right thing? He was a kid buying his first truck! Thanks Five Star! Never buy from nor recommend you again!
