I found Jon on the internet and after reading only good reviews about his business, thought I would give him a try. I had taken my pickup to a large dealership that sold my make of vehicle about this particular problem, and they told me it wasn't a problem at all, but seemed to be able to find about $4000 worth of other things they told me I needed to have done to the pickup. Luckily, I didn't buy into their list of needs. However, because they said the original problem I had taken it in for didn't exist, I didn't get it fixed and it became a major problem down the road (no pun intended), and that when I found Jon. Although it was now a major problem that had created other problems, he fixed it all for a lot less than I would've paid at the dealership for just the one issue. I have done cost comparisons with a couple of other auto shops over the years on other issues, and Jon always beats their price. He is very caring and concerned about his customers. He has the same mechanic, Matt, work on my vehicle because Matt has come to know my pickup, but they all work together to solve the problem. It's a great team effort. I so appreciate his willingness to lend me a vehicle if I need more than a ride to work or home and back, or they transport me wherever I need to go, and are there on time to pick me up. He's reasonable, efficient, what else can I say? Do yourself a favor and start taking your vehicles to Jon. You'll save money and have a new friend in the bargain!

The staff have always been courteous and friendly. The staff also seem to genuinely want to help you. That is where the positive qualities end. The staff’s knowledge of their vehicle (at least the Focus) is deplorable. They have not been able to answer ANY of my questions. Their maintenance shop returns your car to you more damaged than when you left it. I brought it in for repairs, I received it back with grease all over the interior and the console all scratched up where they took it apart. The parts department tries to overcharge for parts. They tried to charge me $180 for floor mats that I looked up and ordered at fordparts.com for $90.Update: The service department has tried to make up for their poor service by replacing the console (I would accept no less), giving my car a full detail and full tank of gas. I have not heard from the other departments. I am still disappointed that I had such poor service in the first place and that it took a bad review to get the service that customers deserve. If you do go to this dealership, make sure that you get the service that you expect. They will give it to you, but you may have to work for it.
We were pretty upset and distressed when we lost the keys to our 1995 Ford. We were in town for the day from Jackson and had been out at lunch at Olive Garden so Broadway Ford was just a short walk away. When we came into the dealership we were informed that Ford only provided access to the key codes for ten years prior and 1995 wasn't available anymore. We had looked everywhere for our keys inside the restaurant and out, but couldn't find them anywhere. Tyrel in the parts department was a polite young man and I'm sure he could tell that we were upset. He offered to get us in touch with a locksmith to cut the key from our door cylinder. He sold us the correct keys that the locksmith would need and set up the appointment within half an hour. We were so grateful for the help that he provided for us the keys and basically everything he did to make sure we were taken care of. That's true customer service!
I took my car to the Broadway Ford collision repair shop after my front passenger and my rear passenger door got vandalized. I was able to get my car fixed quickly and easily. Robert Wadsworth helped me out and made the process really easy and understandable. He assured me my car would be back to normal by the time I got it back. He was able to loan me a car while mine was being worked on. It only took 5 days to be fixed and when I got it back I was astonished at how well it looked. I couldn't even tell that my car had been broken into. The doors worked great and so did the windows.I was pleased to see that all the seals were really tight and tucked nicely. My car actually rides quieter than it did before. Without a doubt in my mind I will be going back again for any of my auto body repairs. They treated me like a real person and were very sympathetic, unlike many other auto shops in Idaho Falls.
I was fixing my steering column on my 97' F250 and needed a few parts. I got a diagram off the Mitchell website and came into Broadway Ford. They didn't stock one of the parts I needed but Tyrel helped me find them out of Salt Lake for the next day so I could get my vehicle running in short order. I appreciate him taking the time to locate the parts rather than the 3 working days it would have taken to come from Tennessee.
Broadway Ford has a very professional feel with a friendly atmosphere. I was having troubles with my car and went into the the dealership to see if I could get some help programming a lock/unlock remote for my taurus I had recently bought online. Terrell was very friendly and offered to do it for me for free. He was very polite and the whole process took about 2 mintues. Thanks for your kindness and good attitude!
When I went into Broadway Ford I was very pleased. The prompt service at the parts counter was very professional. Tyrel helped me find the all-weather floor matts I needed and got them ordered. When the parts arrived he even helped me install them in my truck. Much thanks to Tyrel and the friendly atmosphere at Broaday Ford. I'll definitely be back!
Broadway Ford is the place to go for Ford parts. The staff members there are friendly and helpful. Tyrel, who helped me, was especially professional and polite. He got me the glass for my rear-view mirror and even gave me a call when it arrived! I really appreciate the type of service I recieved!
