I was extremely pleased with the repairman who took care of my water softener!! He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He ran a water hardness test to make sure there was a problem. He found the problem and explained to me that it would take a few days for things to work the way they should. I hope that if I need a Sears repairman in the future, this fellow will be sent. I give him ten stars!!!!
Our service repairman was the best. We couldn't be happier. He was so helpful and really looked out for us. We had some items on our refrigerator that were really bothering us. He came and ordered the parts that solved all the problems and was very prompt in doing it after they arrived. Thanks again Sears
I have had several repairmen come to fix my washer--and it stilled leaked--Mark came, and finally it looks like it is fixed--no leaking since Saturday---Yeah!!! Mark--He is a very smart and good man-- he did what no one else could do. Give that man a big raise--he deserves it. I was afraid my floor was going to be ruined because of the constant water, and my washer would fall into the basement. With Great appreciation--Gaye Puphal
Hate that it takes two weeks for a service call on a broken appliance. Hate that a service call is scheduled SOMETIME within a four-hour time period and when the repairman shows up ten minutes before the time period is up and takes another hour to repair, then I've missed FIVE hours of work! Man, it's hard not to be annoyed!
Sears sold me a piece junk exercise machine. I purchased the 5 year warranty plan they offered. When I had trouble with the machine, I was unable to get in touch with anyone from Sears about it. I tried calling, emailing, and instant messaging and after about an hour of trying to talk to anyone, I was connected with someone who’s English was so bad I couldn’t even make out what they were trying to say. Eventually I was able to get someone online to respond and he told me that they can’t help me because there is no record of any warranty purchase. Even though I was holding the receipt in my hand, they were unable to find any record of it in my “file”. I will never purchase anything from Sears again.
