For the last 2 years I have been given the run around from the medical supplies store down the street.I bought a scooter from them and they let the warrenty expire before finding the problem. Narco found the problem after alot of probing and not quiting and saying it was the battery which it was not.Cost me $50 to get the wrong answers.again. I am so glad I went to narco Hector the teck was like a dog with a bone, would not give up until he found the problem the real problem.Never again will I set foot in the other store on 25th,it is a waste of space.Thank you Hector for being so caring and the rest of the staff At the age of 73 and on a fixed income $1,7000 means alot to me. Pushing a scooter home after failing to run is not my way of enjoying my senior years that I have left.THANK YOU NARCO Sharon Porter
I have received professional and prompt service from Jim Stark, Respiratory Therapist, at Norco. I cannot tell you how great this was after receiving or actually not receiving services from another medical equipment provider in town. Once I switched to Norco, Jim Stark worked with me to find a mask for my CPAP. I had to try several to find "the one", Jim was patient and encouraging. Dr. Salem then ordered a BiPap machine for me, Jim received the order, had it ready to go and provided instruction on how to use it when I went to pick it up. I recommend everyone to go straight to NORCO for CPAP supplies and not waste a year or more attempting to receive services from other medical supply companies in Idaho Falls. Hats off to Jim Stark.
Although I found other members of the RT staff less than stellar due to an extreme lag in communication/ lack of action regarding my doctors order for more than three months, (True Story) as it seemed to have disappeared in the hands of the other RT, I found Jim Starks RRT to be attentive, professional, skilled and knowledgeable in handling my needs for a sleep study referral, fitting for a full CPAP mask AS ORDERED BY MY DOCTOR IN JUNE, and providing very needed CPAP supplies, also as ordered by my doctor earlier this year, which order I left with other RT staff in June. (Enter Jim) and now I am enjoying my new CPAP mask. I would certainly insist, in future visits to Norco in personally asking for Jim again. His persistence and attention to the task are sure to result in a high review score for other customers as well.
