The service is really bad. I am thankful that I did not have my kids with me as the bartender told me to go ----- myself, because I went to the restroom after I ordered. I apologized, but that wasn't enough as I was called out in front of other customers and harangued by this person. I was embarrassed for this person as they made a complete spectacle out of themselves.
When addressing this issue to the manager the tirade continued.
Be careful when entering this establishment, the employees do not understand the importance of good customer service and how that either positively or negatively impacts the business.
The food is traditionally good and the prices are cheaper than most other sports bars in town, but some of the staff is not under control and act however they please.
I tipped them $10 and wished them a better day.

I just moved to Idaho Falls from Wichita Ks. I read in the paper that the frosty gator was looking for a server and to submit a resume. While I don't really need the money because my husband got a great job here in Idaho....I thought it would be great to get a part time job so that I could meet the town and possibly make some good money and new friends. I find my way to the frosty gator resume in hand to apply. As soon as I walked through the door I was greated very warmly by their patrons...but I can't say the same for the bartender. I turn in my resume and Im on my way.
Now in Wichita I would say I am one of the most sought out bartenders/waitresses in the city. I have an excellent resume to say the least. There aren't many bartenders that can bartend for 10,000 customers and not stress out. I have worked at the best establishments in the city.
In Wichita we also do this strange thing...we call and check on our resume. So the next day I call up there to check on my resume. The same bartender answers the phone and informs me that if he (the owner?) is interested he will call and then hangs up on me.and its not like i called during peek hours.
Call me crazy but I have always thought one should be nice to anyone that walks through the door of my place of work or even calls as they might be a potential customer. Now I don't know if I will be.

the staff did not want to wait on us they wanted to stay at the bar laughing and flirting with friends that were not even paying or eating just drinking free drinks I wish the owners would fix this problem because I visit this town often but found this a reason to forgo the gator
