        The unit was very accessible and easy to use and if we had a question of any kind they tried to help us. I never had any trouble.

        Overall

        When we moved out there were several valuable items stolen from our storage unit like our TV, Blue Ray, Nice Vacuum and several others. We were surprised since the lock was completely intact, the unit was secured, gated off and there were no signs of breaking and entering. Falls valley gave us the lock. When I went and told them all they would say was "that kind of stuff happens". I would strongly recommend NOT using this facility since it obviously is not secure and you will have someone going through your property you want locked up.

        We are sorry Bracken had a negative experience. He came into the office and stated he was out of the unit. He informed us that items were missing from his unit. We asked if the unit had been broken into or the lock removed. He stated that no his lock was still on the unit. In his review he states that he recived a lock from us, the only locks we provide are locks that are new and sealed in the package direct from the supplier and we do not keep a key. We encouraged him to file a police report, but stated that it was likely someone who had access to his keys.
