WARNING **DO NOT USE BOSTON LIMOUSINE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES**
With no question, BOSTON LIMOUSINE has the poorest quality vehicle (no working AC and a broken back window), horrific customer service, appalling operations and most of all, BOSTON LIMOUSINES defines APATHY...this should not sit right with a company in the ""service"" industry.
My experience on Saturday night left me with a very poor impression of Boston Limousine. I was appalled at the poor condition of the limo that was assigned to my reservation and as if the exterior condition was not poor enough, with cracks all over the top (vinyl?) of the vehicle, the interior reflected abuse and neglect like I have never experienced in a vehicle used for service. The seats were full of tears and holes, the carpet was filthy, empty/used water bottles and cups littered the areas above/behind the headrests of the seats, and the odor was so horrible we had to keep the windows down for most of the trip. The driver was courteous at least, but the individuals who were in my party that rode in the dilapidated vehicle with me were each as appalled that Boston Limousine would allow a vehicle in such condition to be used in active service.
I am disappointed that Boston Limousine did not live up to the reputation I thought it had, and until this situation is rectified I will certainly hesitate to use Boston Limousine in the future, or to recommend it to colleagues and friends, based on this experience. Return business and word-of-mouth referrals are vital to any company's success, especially in an economic climate like today's, and I hope this review will at least result in action toward the particular vehicle that was assigned to my reservation, if not a review of the condition of all vehicles in the company's fleet.

While this company might have decent rates and rides, their business style is sketchy. I booked a stretch limo one day and called back the next to change the date. They took us for 30%: $150 non-refundable. Couldn't apply it to anything else. Not another night or another user. I don't deal with those kinds of companies. If someone only sees dollar bills in their customers and not the repeat business, I have to question if they will even BE in business the day I expect my car service to show up.
