I purchased to 1/2 pound bags of tobacco three weeks ago. One was an enirely black tobacco and the other a Boston name. I returned via the phone and ordered a pound of the "Boston", and then, by mistake, ordered a second pound of the same. The first was and not suitable. So here I sit with two pounds of tobacco I can't smoke. The "Boston" is still too harsh. My tounge can't handle it. I would not recommend anyone buy from these people. The young man sold me something in the wrong package. He KNOWINGLY sold an older model item in new and updated packaging. After coming home and researching the product I thought I had bought I realized that the old model was in the box. I brought it back and he said "it's basically the same thing. You didn't even know about the things the new model has until you came home" I agreed with him and told him that regardless of what I knew about the product it is illegal to sell things to customers in new packaging making them think they are getting the latest and greatest. He said he knew that it was the older model and saw nothing wrong. With selling the older one. He refused to take the product back and told me I could call the cops if I wanted to. He was rude, argumentative and didn't care about his shady tactics. Buyers beware when going in there. He also refused to call the "manager" who is his dad because he was "in New York" and was not going to "bother him" if you are looking to buy overpriced items and older model items thinking you are getting the best they are your go to. For me, I will never again walk into that shop and I am going to do everything I can to make everyone aware.
