Sears Appliance Repair

The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. My complaint is that the fix on our inoperative microwave was simply to unplug the appliance and plug it back in. The service call should have advised me of that and saved me $125 by convincing me to buy a repair contract. I had to wait 30 days to have a repair person come out, so in addition we forked out an additional $125 for a temporary microwave to cover the time period. Shame on Sears. We used to buy all our appliances from them but are now thinking of researching other brands and companies.Buyer beware of Sears!
repairman was awesome, took awhile to finally find the pin hole leak in the tube behind the refridge, stayed with it and finally found the problem, fixed it ... did a pm also while on site. tech very pleasant to be around, very efficient. Highly recommend Sears warranty service.
The Sears service rep at AAA was courteous, assessed the situation accurately and advised a professional vent cleaner. He was quick and accurate. I now save money in drying time. Also, on 3/21/17 Juan delivered me a Sears washer and he was superb in his service, polite and I recommend him highly.
The repair man was very through, knowledgeable an curious . He has been to our house before, we would like to get him in the future.
The repairman was very through. We had asked for the washing machine and range to have their yearly PM. The repairman offered to do PM on the dishwasher as well. He explained everything he did.
