Bunch of crooks!! First told me they would have my bike ready by the end of the day. Finally 3 days later.... $120 for adjusting and lubricating throttle cable. They messed up my front directional when adjusting the throttle cable, so now my turn signal hits my gas tank if you turn the wheels all the way to the right. Also my bike was in immaculate condition prior to having them work on it. When I picked it up it had water stains EVERYWHERE on the chrome and paint, which took me over an hour to clean up!!These guys are a bunch of crooks!!! Highly recommended to stay away from this place!!!
Killer awesome custom t shirt backs! I go to get the new one every summer. They are closed jan to march.
The mechanics were pretty nice although I found a clip from my scooter inside the storage compartment and there were a couple missing access hole covers. The owner has the charm of an ogre...no disrespect to ogres.I use the kick starter so I never put the battery back. The owner took it upon himself to install one ($28 labor + battery) without bothering to contact me. He then acted like I was crazy for not using one...he's an ass.Although the owner's wife was relatively nice, when she went to refund me for the battery she did not refund me for the labor and then ended up charging me instead of refunding me so it took 25 minutes to pay my bill. They obviously use their relative Cape monopoly and don't give a crap about customer service.
Over charged for work NOT done,And since have spoken to many other bikers who have been through the same thing. Hundreds more than quotes with No call to authorize the additional charges
Great service. Had my oil changed and they even helped direct me on the upgrading of my lights to led. Don't go anywhere else. They'll even tell you if it's worth doing something to your bike. Highly recommend Cycle Services and so do most of the guys and girls that ride with me.
this place sux, save yourself sometime, I didn't listen to my local friends saying don't go there
I have never seen such incompetance in a motorcycle shop. My son made the mistake of bringing his bike there to get some work done. These people acted like they were providing some kind of favor for him. He drove it 30 miles after the repair that took over a week and it broke. He brought it back they charged hundreds of dollars, drove it 20 mile and it broke in the same area they were working. They put a new chain on old sprockets after it already broke a chain $120. The chain is stretched and beat up already! They lowered the suspention and 2 days later all the oil came out on the tire and he almost wrecked! They said the part would be $250 + labor. He brought it in to replace the sprockets and it sat there for 2 weeks with no work done to it. I went it there to see what was going on. The woman mechanic that was working on it, I use that term working loosley! She was talking down to me from the word go! I've been working on bikes my whole life, I rebuilt my engine on my Harley myself. I would work on his bike myself, but I run my own business and know how th treat customers! When I said I thought they were taking advantage of a teenager and sending the bike out knowing it wont go far! Sounds like job security to me! Everyone was rude and clueless, but they know all!! The manager kept hanging up on me, they said they were going to put it back together and not work on it. This was only after I said When your done, I will never bring anything back here!! My son spent over $1000 and got nothing but a bunch of broken promices ans a bunch of BS!! This is Cape Cod, how does this place stay in business???
