Corkys Mobile Home Transport & Setup

Ryan was awesome! Let me know the date and time my house would be delivered. My house arrived exactly at 10am and I was greeted with hug from Ryan. Felt if I knew him forever, friendly and professional. They trimmed back branches from road so that my home would not be damaged. Love them!!!

There were 3 of us that called Corky's to try and get the same house moved hoping that within 2 months of calling between the 3 of us, at least one of us might get it done. NOT HAPPENING! I guess since they have a contract with Palm Harbor, us little people come second rate and at a extremely high price. What they quoted for over $5,000 I had done seamlessly and professionally for about half of that. Upon the original calls that we all made we always got the same response..... oh, they will call you back. FOR 2 MONTHS this happened. Should of gave up a long time ago. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and would not recommend using them for anything. Not like they would return your call anyway. After speaking with some friends they have had the same experience with this company as well. So just a for warning! STAY AWAY!!!!

GREAT COMPANY! The owner Ryan is very professional and down to earth. He didn't try to rake me over the coals. He was honest on what needed to happen in order to get my house on my property (tree trimming and removing fences, add a pad/runners). The previous company said nothing about this and probably would have damaged my new home. He offered to handle it all! Also built us a great deck. The crew that set up our home was also very professional and fast. My son and new daughter n law also used Corkys and was very pleased. I think this company goes above and beyond their job duties to make the customer happy. I highly recommend this company.

save yourself the grief. My mobile home and property was damaged and I was disrespected and told I had no legal recourse. I'm out over a thousand dollars, the job remains unfinished and corky's has stopped returning my calls. Dealing with corky's was the worst mistake I made.
