Everything I had hoped for and I am not easy to please

Got back with me quickly on all my questions. Very friendly and helpful.

I'm never in the mood to have someone trying to get me to spend $40,000 following and pressuring me all around something I don't want. I was blessed by meeting with Brad and his team. They worked with me at my pace for five days straight before I bought my two cars. Yes two. I liked and trusted them so well I got my wife a birthday present too.

Great customer service! The lady called and offered to walk around the car and tell me of any dents/scratches she might see.

Great experience but just didn't like the cars I test drove. They were exactly as described and they are a very honest family run business

Just wanted to comment on how helpful and courteous Brian is with good info on each vehicle we looked at and drove. Even the finance department was awesome really unusual lol. My wife and I would return we drove about 120 miles and was well worth it. THANKS BRIAN !!!

My Audi was one of the lucky ones with oil consumption issues/recalls; Matt Reid, in the service department has gone above and beyond to assist me between dealing with the Audi dealership, Allstate insurance, as well as keeping me in the loop with what is going on in all aspects. I cannot give enough praise for this dealership.

I am 100% satisfied with my experience with this dealership. Jeff King was awesome. Very patient, knowledgable and honest. It took me a couple of weeks to make my final decision. He kept in contact, but there was never any pressure. The final sale was simple as can be. The vehicle I purchased is everything I expected and more.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and quality car I received from Luxury & Imports in Leavenworth. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Jake Rea is a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He was willing to let me test drive any car I liked and was patient with me throughout the process. I drove off with a car I really loved and am happy that I went to Luxury and Imports.



I can give you a great example of the quality service Luxury and Imports provides. About three weeks after I purchased the car, it wouldn't start. I called Luxury and Imports and they sent out someone THAT DAY to jump start it and put in a new battery. It still wouldn't start after a new battery, so they picked it up the next day and took it to their service station at L&I. I received a call later that day and they let me know that a large maxi fuse was blown.



It turns out that I had improperly jumped the car and blown the fuse in the process. It was completely my fault, but Luxury and Imports replaced the battery, towed the car and replaced the fuse free of charge! I was blown away by their excellent customer service. This won't be the last car that I purchase from Luxury and Imports!

I purchased a BMW X3 in Nov 2013 from Jeff King at Leavenworth Luxury & Imports. He was personable and professional through the whole process. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first vehicle purchase without my dad's help and it could not have gone any more smoothly.

I also cannot say enough good things about Matt and the Service department. There was a tricky issue with my car, but Matt and his guys worked diligently to figure it out, and they even delivered the car to my home when it was fixed. They also went to Baron and got a second key made for me.

I recommend Luxury and Imports to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

This dealership worked with me for almost a month to get me the exact car that I wanted. I test drove several cars that they had on the lot and wasn't satisfied. Next, Jake Rea (my dealer) brought in cars from their sister dealerships and I was still being picky. In turn, they purchased me the car that I wanted at auction on the east coast and rather than put it on a car carrier, had someone drive it back so I didn't have to wait any longer.

We had shopped on the Miracle Mile in Independence after we had a total loss claim on our previous vehicle. We shopped about 4 dealerships there and then went to 103rd and Stateline Ave to see what those dealerships had. We found some cars we liked and were hounded by the salesmen.



We looked online to find other dealerships that had what we looked for and found Luxury and Imports. We traveled out there on a Sunday and arrived about an hour before they opened. We got out of the car and started looking over their inventory and found the Acura TL we were looking at on the internet. We were met by RAY. He said he usually comes in an hour early to get things caught up and he asked us if were were looking for a car.



We got the feeling from Ray that we were truly guests at their dealership. Within 10 minutes of meeting him, he had the dealer tag affixed to the car and off we went to test drive. He told us to not be in a hurry to return as he said it was a big decision and should not be considered with a 10 minute test drive.



Prior to seeing what Luxury and Imports had to offer, we found a car in Independence that we liked and talked to the salesman about getting the price reduced to our budgeted amount. The salesman said he couldn't do our price and we left. When we got back to the dealership after our test drive, we sat down with Ray and negotiated an amicable price on the car. He said that he would have to talk to the owner about the number we had in mind and he would let us know. He said he could probably guarantee the price if we were to sign a contract saying we would buy the car. We said that we needed to go home and sleep on the decision because we were still thinking about the other car in Independence. He said not to worry and we were to feel no obligation.



Long story short, based on the warming presence we received at this dealership and "small town" feeling, we decided to purchase from Luxury and Imports.



When we returned a couple days later, we were greeted at the door by staff and looked outside to see that they had already washed and placed the temp tags on the car. The paperwork was very minimal and fast. We were easily in and out of the business in 20 minutes.



I would reccommend any and all individuals to this dealership. They have online inventory and also 2 other dealerships in KS. They also have buyers all over the US that can find a car for you if you wish. This place is amazing.
