Ms Debra t or maybe Lisa, we all have licensed in here, stop making something not true, don't say you're a good person when you aren't. You are becoming ridiculous. Don't you see the sanitizer disinfectant right on the sink. Such a bad lier. Stop making that lie just because of the past history.
I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! It was plain terrible. I went with a friend and we had an appointment. We get there and check in and we are told to wait. There were two costumers they are getting service and all the other workers are having converasations and lounging around. So we literally sit th…

If you're looking for a super fancy, sleek and more expensive nail salon, this is not your place. But what I want is a good solid manicure or pedicure at a decent price and that's what I get here. I've been coming here for probably 4 or 5 years now and after being in this salon maybe 150 times I…

Came in on Wednesday 04/05/17 nail popped off 04/07/17 came in got it fixed. That same night another nail popped off. Two more just popped off while typing at work 04/11/17. I called them directly I was told to come in to have the repairs made. Once I sat down at the station the lady that did th…
I went to Lucky Nails in Hurst about five times. At first I didn't realize that they do not properly sterilize everything after or before each customer. I NEVER SAW any of the items they used on my hands or feet come from sealed packages showing they were sterilized like better quality salons do according to law. Also, two of the girls have no certification certificates in sight making me wonder if they are certified to be doing anyone's nails and feet.
Love love love this place. Not only do my friends and I go here but I bring guests from out of town as well always a good time.
Mom, daughter & I visited 2-3 times. Our experience was ok until 6/2/2016. My manicurist, whom I've had twice, couldn't understand what I wanted. I said pink & white, but she understood white tips. She wasn't prepared. Constantly got up to go to first station for powder, brushes, etc. She then left a gap in several of my nails (new set, btw) - looked like a week-old set. She begrudgingly fixed when I pointed out. I got the clear powder filler & had a lot of air bubbles. My daughter's manicurist (older woman) kept trying to up sale her things that she didn't want. She then used a clear primer over her color, so part of her nails were matte-looking & the other part were semi-gloss. They put a top coat over the primer & her color then faded. They seemed bothered at us for pointing it out. There was a major language barrier from the manicurists. This could've been avoided w/some translation assistance by a tech that spoke/understood English & Vietnamese & KNEW what they were doing.
After getting a pedicure, I had gotten a blister on the bottom of my left foot ... Never thought anything of it ... Two weeks after the blister pop but never dried out till one day it became really itchy ... When I went to the doctor, I diagnosed with a fungus ( SHAKE MY HEAD ) .
Such a sloppy job with my shellac manicure !!! The absolute worst ever !!! Very uneven, got nail polish on my nail beds and 2 days later, one of my nails already chipped ! Rediculous ! Felt very rushed and she didn't even do everything discribed in their deluxe package. The penicure was not really okay still not worth the money for that. Overall, they completely ripped me off and over charged me !!! I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone !
The atmosphere and expertise was great! But sadly, my nails look awful. I left with them looking like they were already grown out, thick, and I have a mark on my right pointer finger from where the lady tried to remove a spec that was in the dip and messed it up and never fixed it..
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've been coming here since the summer and have received exceptional service every time. Both Cindy and Julie are great, as well as the other ladies. I love the clean atmosphere,as well as, the paraffin wax that comes at the end of a nail service. I believe the prices are reasonable and will continue to be a devoted patron.
By far the worst manicure I have ever gotten. While doing my cuticles, she nicked me on most of my fingers. She painted all of my nails with the color shellac that I have chosen and then blamed it looking bad on the color... so she just picked at and ripped the shellac off of every nail... which hurt too. She filled my nails down so much that she was filling against the skin; they ended up having no shape. By the time it was over... My nails looked worse then when I went in. She ended up putting a different color of shellac on, rubbed one arm with lotion, and walked away before even asking if I was satisfied. On top of it all, she was rude throughout . I would not recommend this girl (CINDY) work at V NAIL SPA to anyone.
At V Nail Spa I had a terrible experience. I went in for a pink and white fill. The nail tech cut every singe finger while drilling the nail down. Not just the outside of my finger, but my actual nail bed. The nail are not even and looks awful. One nail broke within an hour of me leaving the salon. The nail tech also tried to argue with me about not using gel to buff the nail. It was the worst experience. I will never come back.
