        A man by the name of Mike Martinez uses this companies info to pull permits for jobs and then doesn't complete them. Glenn Smith claims to not know this Guy but they are "business partners" in reality. English electric and Mike Martinez are currently being sued for $3200 on a residential contract not fulfilled.
