DEEPLY UNSATISFIED!!!

At one point we wrote a 5 star review because we trusted that they would do the work they SAID they would to fix an oil leak. Sadly that wasn't the case. We had to take our truck back 4 times for them to fix an oil leak that wasn't there until Diesel Pros "Bullet Proofed" my truck, resulting in a rocker box gasket leak which they NEVER discovered. We found out about the problem that THEY should have found when we took it to a shop in the area we moved to -- because it wouldn't stop leaking. And then, on top of that, when we called to talk to the owner to set up an appointment to get it fixed for good, they seem to be focused on when their warranty will expire, instead of trying to help me. I gave them no such problems paying my near $8,000 bill. Maybe if they had done the work right the first time, we wouldn't have this problem. Or, better yet, take responsibility for your mistakes. Needless to say, we don't trust them to touch our truck ever again. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER SHOP!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP.
