I recently moved into an apartment managed by this company and I have to say I'm impressed they are friendly the manager at the complex is super sweet, the maintenance staff is always available they even helped me install some of my picture on the wall being a single mom this really helped me out, the location is around great schools and convenient location to grocery store and mall, I'd highly recommend my friends to move here especially with the prices and location.
Class A Management is an amazing management company I have lived all over the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex at several of their Apartment locations, the office managers and staff including the maintenance men are really friendly and helpful anytime I had a maintenance issue they solved the problem for me in a timely manner and other apartments I lived at it was always a problem to get a maintenance guy to fix anything but since living at the apartments managed by Class A it has never been an issue, paying rent is a breeze especially with their online web portal for Tennant's one of my favorite options because I always had to go get money orders before, they have a ton of apartments at great locations my current one is Davis Plaza apartments in North Richland Hills, it's convenient located near great schools and near the library and community center and some amazing parks and walking trails, my favorite thing about this apartment is it's a very quiet community with very respectful and nice neighbors, the prices on the apartments are great you really get quality for the price, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new apartment to try out any that are managed by this company because it's hard to find any that have great prices great staff and a maintenance man that actually gets your things taken care of right away 5 stars all the ways :)
This realtor took our $90 application fee and denied us for “insufficient rental information” because she could not obtain rental history she had requested less than 24 hours prior. This was after chasing after her for over two weeks to schedule showings and process our application. She requested that I call a specific previous landlord to request that they fax her a rental history report to her though this is her job, and stated that another previous landlord was too far in the past to consider. I called this landlord and they advised that they would fax the report to her. She then denied the application without having that rental history though the rest of our application “looked great”. She then refused to confirm or deny whether the report had been faxed to her and did not refund the application fee.
Horrible management. I have had problems with my apartment every single month since I have moved in . Although the maintenance man is good on most stuff at this point my apartment is so messed up that he can't even fix it. Our apartments were affected by the tornados most of our chimneys were ripped off so it flooded our apartments. Some of the apartments they came and ripped up the carpet others they left to mold. Although they have ripped the carpets up, they still haven't replaced them so now we are stuck with concrete floors with wood planks and open nails in my living room. We also have extensive termite damage in my daughters room and I have put in several requests to get it fixed and still nothing it has been over a month now. Not to mention also in her room it has flooded twice before the tornado because it floods in front of my front door. They never replaced the carpet then and now they haven't either so the walls all around the room have bubbled up with water damage and you can literally feel a draft from outside when you are on the floor. My water heater also leaked causing water damage as well. I went for almost the entire 6 months I have been here with getting about 7-8 minutes of hot water at a time And barely any hot water in the middle restroom. I would run out of hot water washing the dishes but, finally this week after not being able to fix my water heater they replaced it. That is about the only thing I am thankful for right now. On top of all of this I have never been late on my rent once. Besides for this month. We were out of electricity for five days and it was freezing and flooded in my apartment. Me and my kids were not able to stay there and they told us our best option would be to go to a shelter. Mind you the shelter has no showers and I still had to go to work and my kids go to daycare. So of course we had to pay for a hotel room. I did get behind on money, my groceries ran out and I had to replace them. They told us they were not going to charge any late fees so I decided to pay my rent sort towards the end of the month to get back on my feet because I had a bonus come in. This Friday without any other prior notice they gave me a three day notice to evacuate the apartment. I paid my rent this weekend like I was already planning on doing but the fact that they would actually have the audacity to give me a evacuation notice is so digusting. As far as management is concerned they don't have to fix our apartment right away but we do have to pay our rent right away. They have given me no timeline on when I will actually be receiving carpet or getting the damages fixed they say they are waiting on insurance money but it has been over a month and there has been one woman who management seems to favor that has already received carpet. I wonder where that insurance money came from? I am fed up at this point I honestly feel like my apartment will never get fixed and will always have problems now. I regret more than anything right now moving into these apartments. I can not wait until my lease is up and I can move out. Management doesn't care at all they just keep saying it's not their fault and not in their hands. I get they didn't cause the tornado but as a management company they are liable to fix my damages regardless and the fact that I have had to live like this for so long and probably much longer is outrageous.
Please RUN from this agency and only rely on your local police and hired attorney for help. The manager of this agency, Don Binicker, is an evil man that actually will lie and alter evidence to support the abuser. I experienced this personally as a mom that was asking for help w a son that was sexually abused... Mr. Binicker altered evidence from our pediatrician, Cook's Children's Hospital, and certified Child Play Therapist... Then, as a Keller ISD teacher I had to call in report from student... Mr. Binicker sent a man to her home that could not speak English to investigate...
The care is terrible! Had to have the ambulance pick him up from there twice in 2 months. He fell within the first 10 days of being there and there was no staff available, the residents had to help him up off of the floor. He was taken off of medications that he needed. Blood sugar was too high, then he was given too much insulin and blood sugar dropped to 54. Had to be given glucose by ambulance. He lay in poop and pee for several hours. His feeding tube wasn't set right. He got 3 infections while in Nursing Home in 2 weeks. If you want your relatives to live, don't put them here.
