our complaint submitted to the BBB "we signed a year lease with this rental agency&was told the only way we could rent was to give a year of rent upfront and we did.we were told by staci(the property manager)should the house burn down from the 8 year old untouched electrical or anything unforeseen happen we would NOT be given a replacement house&would NOT receive a refund for our money.we signed the lease 12-10-12 paid a full months rent because mr dominey would NOT prorate the rent.while installing a phone jack for the internet we noticed there was no insulation under the house its just wood and carpet,we called staci and was told the workers took it out and would NOT replace it.that same month a storm came through&blew a tree on the house thankfully not going through the roof(we called staci the same day)it took staci almost 3 months to send someone to look at the roof&took 2 weeks for them to send a rancher to take it off the roof he had to come back two days in a row because he didnt have the equipment finally he pulled it off the roof and left it in the yard we called staci asked if they were gonna haul it off she said no it was now our responsibility because its in the yard.a month later they sent another guy to fix the roof and porch the tree damage caused.in this time period, we had some minor maint repair requests that never got fixed.the carport electrical blew and staci told us she would send a maint man out next week cause they were busy that week installing flower beds for a house they were trying to sell.he came said he needed an electrician&would tell staci to send one out,never happened.while carrying my kid the rotting back porch gave and my foot went thru instead of fixing all the rotten parts they fixed the hole.pest control in the lease is their responsibility staci denies it we have sprayed 3 times to kill silverfish and still have a massive existing infestation,now we have rats 5 killed so far and black mold(im pregnant) in both the ac units they wont repair.will not refund our money for remainder months"
