Local business, easy to order with. The quality in printing is so-so but the customer service is good and the pricing is competitive. they lowered their price when i told them what Office Depot was charging.

Eagle Graphics appears to be the *only* specialised printing shop in Huntsville. There's Office Depot, but they have limited types of paper and printing options; generally a poor output.



My girlfriend needed to print a colour document on an A4 piece of paper. She created it in Adobe Illustrator with a CMYK colour profile. The output of the printer was giving a drastically different result to what was seen on the computer.



My girlfriend changed the document to different colour profiles, but the printed result still didn't look how it should.



The staff at Eagle Graphics had no clue about colour profiles because they have "never used Illustrator". They just kept saying "it has to be CMYK".



How does a graphics creation studio hire staff that don't know Illustrator OR detailed knowledge about colour profiles?!





If you need something printed in a hurry, then take your chances with Eagle Graphics or Office Depot. Otherwise, take it to the SHSU Library at least 24 hours in advance OR find a printing place in Conroe or The Woodlands.
