I called for and was given new customer pricing. Becky took all of my information - address, phone, details of what was quoted. She was supposed to call back the next day by Noon to follow-up/finalize. No call. I called a couple times over the next couple weeks and left messages for her specifically since she had all the details. No return call. I finally caught her. She would NOT honor the quote given. Said I would have to have gotten it in writing. SHE was the one that did not provide this as promised, but I was treated as if I did not honor my part of the agreement. Very disappointing and unprofessional business practices.
We notified this company we no longer wished to use them as our propane supplier on June 9, 2016 and here we are July 20, 2016 STILL waiting for them to come and pick up their 250 gallon tank. When we cancelled our service, we were told that they had 30 days per the contract to pick up the tank. We waited the 30 days and nothing. Then we called and asked them when they were going to pick it up. When we called they gave us an appointment, one week from the day we called. That appointment was for today, Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Nothing!!! My husband called today at lunch time today to remind them of the appointment. He was assured the tank would be picked up sometime today, no set time, but it would be picked up. It is now 8:45pm and guess what.... the tank still sets on our property.
For the SECOND time I have waited ALL day for the repairman to come for the appointment I scheduled 3 weeks ago! I called to confirm it this morning at 8:15. At 4:00 I call to find out where he is and they tell me he's just not coming. So sorry you waited all day. So sorry we didn't bother to let you know any sooner that we aren't coming. Do I want to reschedule? Are you kidding. No. This is the second time they've done this to me. I will not do business with them anymore.

This is the WORST propane company in the area. Was satisfied with my propane service until Heritage purchased my previous service provider. Since then, HORRIBLE service. Cannot get them on the phone, every-single-item (freeze account, pump out order, etc) has to go through a single manager who is NEVER in the office.Was on the auto fill route. Charged outrageous price for gas (4.60 ish when market price from other companys was around 2.50) in early Fall 13 (before the propane shortage).Have spent over a month trying to get my service switched to another provided!!Terrible service, terrible, terrible
Extremely slow response times. The service guy was great when he came out. The office staff is not knowledgable nor do they answer the phones. They are not customer-oriented at all. I purchased tanks 3 weeks ago and was told they'd last through the winter. 3 weeks later my tank went out.I called and left several messages on a Monday, I finally got through and spoke to someone on that Friday. I asked if one of the techs could call me just to walk me through lighting my pilot right, etc. since I've never used gas before and wanted to make sure everything was working smoothly. I was told yes. The following week, I was told they couldn't give out the number to the techs, they couldn't have a tech call me either. I was told I'd have to pay $75 for them to come out and do a service call. They had a day, but couldn't give me a time or even a window. So I guess they want me to take an entire day off work to sit around waiting for a tech to show up. A 4 hour window would've been fine and allows for scheduling for the tech and the customer. I decided to just use another company for future refills and services. I suggest you do as well.
