Dr. Buckner's wife, who also tries to assume the role of office manager is rude, uncaring, unprofessional and her holier than thou attitude is the reason I only give it the one star.If I could give it a zero on professionalism, I would. There are many other chiropractic offices in Madison and I suggest you keep looking. She has no clue how to treat a customer. This is an honest and spot on review based on my less than stellar office visit.

Dr Clark and his staff are first class! He made me feel like a million bucks- something no other doctor in town was able to accomplish!
I love love love dr rothstein. he is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to and very personable. Most enjoyable conversations I have ever had with a physician. You will not be disappointed.
We have been going to Dr. O for 3 years since we moved here from Florida. We had been receiving regular chiropractic adjustments in Florida without seeing improvement on X-rays until we started seeing Dr. O. There are a lot of chiropractors out there who will adjust you on an "as-you-feel-like-it" basis, but not Dr. O unless you see him regularly. He holds us accountable for our part in our overall health (making good health choices, doing any recommended therapy/exercises at home, etc.) He is very willing to work with those who have a true desire to get better & see results. He is true & genuine, & he expects his patients to be as committed to our own health as he is. He provides educational workshops for free every month & has gone out of his way to provide me with information on things I asked about outside of our normal care. If you are committed to improving your health, he is the chiropractor for you!
There may be some good doctors here but do yourself a favor and don't see the young guy. Dr. Cho. He is only interested in keeping you around for money and dragging out your condition. He only completed his residency 6 years ago, don't believe what is on their website. He is inexperienced with treatments of certain conditions, and if the condition i have is worsened or ends up disabling me as it often does when its left untreated they will hear from me again, well not me so much as the medical community and my lawyer. I'm being treated next week, because this is at the stage where waiting to fix it isn't an option as he previously diagnosed. Also stenosis in your neck is almost never treated with anything other than surgery, any other surgeon will tell you that, even your primary physician and pain specialist know this. Seems the only one left in the dark is the young, inexperienced Cho. Reply to me if you need to I have proof from many credible sources.
I started seeing Dr. Wylie about a year ago. I suffered from horrible migraines. My migraines are virtually non-existent now. I have about eight months of medication, but finally trusted enough to know I could stop getting my prescriptions. (Anyone who suffers from migraines will understand my reluctance to stop the medication.) After that, I tore a ligament in my knee, and Dr. Wylie is keeping me from having knee replacement surgery. In addition, I was recently diagnosed with Meniere's Disease, and Dr. Wylie's adjustments have helped considerably with the dizziness - and I've drastically cut back on that medication. He is truly an answer to prayer!
The staff is simply horrible. I am an active duty Soldier and my referral was denied by the “office manager”. I never even got an opportunity to speak with the medical provider. The ill-tempered and inarticulate front-woman for Dr. Mulpur would not even schedule an appointment for me unless my Doctor personally called her and requested the visit…despite the fact that I had my medical records available.I do not know if it is the hubris Dr. Mulpur, or the cheaply bought superiority of the secretary that prevented the scheduling of my appointment, and I guess I will never know as I will seek assistance elsewhere, and I recommend you do the same.
Dr. O told me he would not adjust me a few days ago. This was basically because I saw him once early in 2013 and did not get on his payment plan, I didn't want to get on it at that time because I just couldn't afford it. Back in 2013, he adjusted me and explained my upcoming problem with my neck. I went on to see their financial person and I could not afford their plan for care so I turned down ongoing care with them. I paid my copay and left. Now here later part of 2015, I went back a few days ago with similar pain. His staff took me in as to go through the same procedures. But I did notice they didn't send me for x-rays again. They continued to take people back that came in after me. This time my first step was to see the doctor. Now after sitting for roughly 45mins IN GREAT PAIN not only from my neck, but I had just been in the ER the night before for really bad food poisoning or something so I was just not well all together. So I see Dr. O, he tells me I have the same thing (without taking an x-ray), I asked him was he going to take x-rays to compare the time between. He says no let me show you this and showed me my old x-rays (from 2 yrs ago) and says the problem is going to continue. He took me back to the room and asked me was I in a better financial position to get on his payment plan. I said no I can't afford it. I asked him was he going to adjust me, he said “No”. Though I was in great pain. I turned and walked out VERY disappointed. As he continued to walk behind me trying to explain what my neck problem was. I would have felt better if he would have said ... (Ms. Williams I will adjust you, but due to what I see on your x-rays, your problem is going to continue without ongoing treatment. If you ever find yourself in a better financial position I would highly recommend you get ongoing care before it's too late.)His staff knew when I walked in and told them that I had been there before that he was not going to adjust me. They could have asked me that upfront instead of wasting an hour or so of my time. I have very good insurance which pays 100% (minus copay) of my chiropractor visits for 20 visits in a calendar year. When I first saw Dr. O he spoke of being a Christian this and that and spoke down on medical doctors. I firmly know now that he is a big hypocrite. He is no better than the docs he tried to downplay.
Staff was friendly, very capable. The wait to see the doctor was long. The doctor was great and explained with detail my options.Physical therapy was great! Friendly personnel, knowledgeable and right on time.
Worse experience with Doctor’s Office in my life; been two months of hell. Wife was hit head on by a drunk driver April 4th 2015. After being released from the hospital we went to see our family doctor. Our family doctor referred us to the Spine & Neuro Center due to her numerous injuries, back and neck pain. After your 1st appointment with the doctor, they recommend you do their in house physical therapy. Don’t do your therapy there! Trust me go get your therapy done elsewhere. Michael the physical therapist will evaluate you then pass you off to one of his two aids to do the future therapy appointments. After fourteen physical therapy appointments the pain only is getting worst. So we went back to see our family doctor the 2nd of June. He wanted us to see the doctor again at the Spine & Neuro Center. GOOD LUCK GETTING IN AGAIN. Their appointments are six weeks out. Appointments receptionist gives you excuse we can only see new patients in sooner. ---- That sounds like discrimination to me! ---- Very disappointed with the Doctor never following up with us after repeat calls talking to the nurse about pain and physical therapy. Obviously the Doctor has no clue what is going on in the day to day routine in their office.
