The manager Quinton is extremely rude. He yelled at me on the phone, told me customers were not his number one priority, his truck shipments were. His store gave me the wrong delivery date and I was called a liar. I spoke with the regional manager. He scheduled my delivery. I come home at lunch to check on it when my washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered first thing in the morning. When I got home my front door was left OPEN and my floors had been cracked and broken, and there was only a dryer in my apartment room, not hooked up or anything. I called the store back and the female associate laughed at me for being so distraught over this issue. The manager Quinton came back with the delivery guy, and they called me a liar again that my FRONT DOOR WAS NOT LEFT OPEN. They tried to bully my leasing agent into letting them back into my apartment to take back the dryer they had left instead of bringing me a washer. The manager and delivery man laughed at my leasing agent for defending me. So here it is almost two weeks after my original order and no washer, broken floors, tears, and being yelled at and laughed at what is supposed to be a decent company. I am waiting to hear from the regional manager to see their solution. As much as I'd love to go with another company at this point, I have waited so long and just really need a washer and dryer pronto and feel Aaron's as a company should reconcile this entire traumatic terror of service.
They took 2 weeks to deliver our television because they kept telling us that they would be here at a certain time frame and then when they didn't show up, I'd call and they would act like I got the time wrong. Then when they finally did deliver it I called my boyfriend to make sure that it was the right tv, one of the delivery guys made a rude comment about me calling him. Also the tv is so dirty! There is dust and finger prints all over it! Next time I'm going to go to Aaron's or Rentacenter!
Amazing Burgers, especially Battle Burger very tasty salads. The main I would visit this restaurant more and more times is because of sweet home family atmosphere!
This company is to be applauded. They are courteous, you get at least as much as you pay for, the work is accurate, and they have never been stumped by problems I've brought to them. I particularly want to point out that this company is owned by an Ecuadorean American and Pedro probably has a corner on the bilingual market. He offers software and web training in Spanish, too.Give them a try. I used this firm when it was in another part of the city, and then through fate, they moved to a location only 4 blocks from my own small business. We enjoy supporting each other.
