Stay away from this dealership. Management lies about everything then denies it. They tell you anything to get you in then they attempt to treat you like your stupid. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY
Bought the vehicle in November 2017) in June, 2018 Gas tank door would not open (from button or latch in trunk), Called Mike Strawn in the warranty dept to get fixed, He said it isnt covered under warranty. When I bought the vehicle, it states "Bumper to Bumper Warranty" for 36 months or 36,000 miles (which is hasnt been either) So now I will be seeking legal actions for selling me a vehicle under false pretense.. BEWARE , they will sell you a vehicle and not stand by the warranty!!!
My sales person was Rick. He was good overall, only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t get to see the price of the car. It was like it was a secret and now I understand why! The car was over priced. The other issue that I have encountered is that the people at the call center are extremely rude and ghetto. They barely offer any help at all. I called today to understand the terms of my purchase and why it’s listed as a lease and the rep was popping her gum, and making rude comments while I’m trying to get a better understanding of my purchase. I would never recommend anyone for that reason. Customer service is garbage!
Bought my 2016 Jeep brand new and have really enjoyed the service department's professionalism whenever I bring my Jeep in. It is serviced quickly, properly and clean when I need anything done. If I need to leave it at the dealership they provide transportation to my home and back. The drivers are extra nice to all the customers. I also got an awesome pricing deal on it.

Ken Bigger is the owner of this shop. Ken (the white haired guy) used to be associated with Euro Tech on Stephanie Drive, SE Huntsville. I have used Ken for several years to service my European cars. I have found him to be honest, professional and thorough in my dealings with him. He always attempted to find the best, most economical way to take care of my vehicles, and always kept me informed of the progress of repairs. I recommend him highly, a highly trained, true professional.
This company moved a portable building into a neighbor's yard and in doing so, damaged a neighbors house on one side and the fencing of the other. It has been almost 2 months and after repeated calling, they STILL have not come fixed what they damaged and now the phone is disconnected! DO NOT TRUST!!!!
Waste of time I sold my car to pay down on a running car from this place they just gave me the run around to end up with nothing Rick was my Salesperson!
My salesperson was Rick I wish I would of read the reviews and worked with Dave seems like he takes pride in what he does! Had my time wasted and left with nothing but my dignity!
Neverrrrr go to Landers McLarty NISSAN!!! They are fast talking crooks that take advantage of women. Landers Mercedes and Chevy advised us the carfax looks manipulated. One says severe damage, the one signed says accident reported. Corporate isn't helping. No one can explain the discrepancy in the two carfaxes. Bottom line, they are crooks, take advantage of women and could careless about the safety of their customers. Hopefully, the public will see our story on the local news stations and be extremely cautious of paper work thrown at them and don't send your wife by herself them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
