Stay away from this dealership. Management lies about everything then denies it. They tell you anything to get you in then they attempt to treat you like your stupid. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY
Bought my 2016 Jeep brand new and have really enjoyed the service department's professionalism whenever I bring my Jeep in. It is serviced quickly, properly and clean when I need anything done. If I need to leave it at the dealership they provide transportation to my home and back. The drivers are extra nice to all the customers. I also got an awesome pricing deal on it.

Ken Bigger is the owner of this shop. Ken (the white haired guy) used to be associated with Euro Tech on Stephanie Drive, SE Huntsville. I have used Ken for several years to service my European cars. I have found him to be honest, professional and thorough in my dealings with him. He always attempted to find the best, most economical way to take care of my vehicles, and always kept me informed of the progress of repairs. I recommend him highly, a highly trained, true professional.
Neverrrrr go to Landers McLarty NISSAN!!! They are fast talking crooks that take advantage of women. Landers Mercedes and Chevy advised us the carfax looks manipulated. One says severe damage, the one signed says accident reported. Corporate isn't helping. No one can explain the discrepancy in the two carfaxes. Bottom line, they are crooks, take advantage of women and could careless about the safety of their customers. Hopefully, the public will see our story on the local news stations and be extremely cautious of paper work thrown at them and don't send your wife by herself them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On 1/12/2016, I purchased a pre-owned 2012 audi s5 from them for $25,000. The entire time, Abraham, the salesman, was repeatedly informing me that this vehicle was clean, no major accidents or issues. I used to work at a dealership so I know what to ask for.The moment I received the vehicle, since it was shipped me , it became very evident that I was a victim of the sleaziest and the most unethical sales tactics (also known as LYING). Here is the breakdown of what happened. I reached out to Mercedes Benz of Huntsville, to let them know about the issue. All I wanted was a refund and for them to take the vehicle back.Byron the manager dodged me for over 2 weeks, as did the salesman who sold me the vehicle.1. The vehicle has been in a major accident on the entire passenger side with a terrible paint job done.2. Upon further inspection, after immediately noticing the bad job done, I took the vehicle to Audi. Turns out the entire passenger side of the vehicle is RUSTED that is "cancerous" to the vehicle (Damage repair estimate is $6500 from which may not fix the problem, according to AUDI)3. The vehicle has STRUCTURAL DAMAGE., which has tremendously reduced the value of the vehicle. The vehicle is estimated to be worth maximum $15,000, according to Carmax. I have attached the proof of that as well.They all knew this vehicle had these problems, and chose to misinform me. I was repeatedly lied to and told this vehicle had 0 prior accidents, in perfect condition, and the only flaws it has were the rock chips on the hood.
If you really want to get screwed go here. They act all nice and friendly but they'll stab u in the back in the finance department. I just traded my new Kia in that has 2 years of payments where I was laying extra every month only to find out I was 8 grand still in the hole. I asked university if they could show me a cheaper option and they laughed, saying you've got a cheap option its under $400. The salesman showed me a smaller car with a 500 month. He said go ahead drive it home to ur wife she'll like it. I left and went to Bramlett where they got me a better car with all the bells and whistle for the same price. We could have gone cheaper but why. Stay way from University. They'll finance you for 8 years just to get your payments down. Scum
