Waffle House

Called in a to go order. Went to pick it up and we were told it wasn't ready yet. At ~45 minutes after placing the order, still no food. We asked what was going on and it turns out our order was sitting on the counter the whole time (by that point, ice cold). We were tired of waiting and left. Not once during our time waiting did anyone ask what we were waiting for, if we had been helped, etc. Called back afterwards and spoke with the manager, Cordell, who never apologized and only said "ok, thanks" and hung up after I gave him my complaint. Don't waste your time going here, they care nothing about their patrons.

The place in a mess they where out of carryout bags so the wanted to put my food in a trash bag what in the hell where they thinking then I asked them when I ordered my food did they have turkey bacon she said yes but give me my food and it's pork bacon I told her this is not Turky bacon the response I got from her was well the box say it. I will never eat there again
