Under no circumstance would I take my pet to Jones Valley Animal Hospital again! We had our dog there to be seen for a lump on his back (above his tail). The vet aspirated the lump and it went away, we were told if it returned to call them... it came back in a week. We called and were told to watch it for a month. We then had him seen by a different vet and they removed the lump which turned out to be Hemangiosarcoma or malignant cancer! I wouldn't go within a hundred feet of that place if you paid me. I reluctantly give this business one star because it wouldn't let me give them a minus.

I was referred by my colleague who uses this clinic for 11 years. The staff is wonderful, they really care about animals, they can spend hour (!) explaining to you how to take care of your pet. They will call and check on your pet after treatment, often several times, to make sure everything is all right. Knowledgeable, friendly, ready to help. Thank you.

I needed to board my dog but she didnt have all of her shots. I didnt have time to go to my normal vet. The people here said she had to have an exam to get her shots. At first I thought it was expensive and useless. But the vet found a problem with my dog I didnt know about. She took medicine for two weeks and is like a puppy again! The exam was worth every penny. I feel like my dog got great care. The vet was good with me and my dog. The staff was very nice. Now I have a new vet.
