Dell and another computer shop (im not gonna mention their name) told me there was nothing they could do and I had to buy another computer but I firmly believe in 3 time is the charm so I after reading some good reviews I called Rocket City Computers. I thought they just wanted my money when the tech said let him diagnose it so I defiantly said, " so you can charge me NO!" He then told me that they have a policy, No pay unless they can fix it. I loved how he came to my house for free. He repaired the computer in less than two hours and saved me from having to spend $500 on a new system.



Try these guys before buying a new system, they know their stuff.

Just wanted to say Thank-you to Rocket City Computers for the GREAT job they did with my computer. I couldn't have gotten better service or a better price ANYwhere. If I ever need any help with my computer in the future I'll be calling these guys Back, and letting my friends know that they can RELY on these guys to Fix ANY problem, at the Right price.
