Excellent Doctor's, Excellent Staff, Excellent for Families... I would recommend anyone I know... Have been so straightforward, generous, understanding for the last 3yrs... So glad I made this decision for myself, my son, and my husband.... Thanks Happi for Excellent HealthCare!!!
My children receive a very consistent care from Dr. Andrew and the entire staff. I was very pleased with the staff, doctors, and reception.
The staff at Happi cared for my daughter as if she was their own. Any time I come I get the best service.
You don't get as great of treatment from many places nowadays as you do at Happi Urgent Care. I think everyone here is great.
You really don't get as great of treatment from anywhere else other than Happi Inc. They treat my kids so well and know all of us by name.
It takes us five minutes to check in because everyone passes my baby around, he is definitely the office baby. I love the fact that they know my kids and know us all by name. Their entire staff is great.
One of the best parts about Happi Urgent Care is how they send out text reminders regarding appointments. Sometimes life gets busy and it slips my mind, but I love them for not letting me miss the appointments.
I love Doctor Andrews at Happi Urgent Care. She has seen my son since birth. She is the absolute best doctor I have ever met, hands down!
I have three kids who I have been taking to Happi Inc for two years. They all really like it here. Its nice to not have to stress about my kids not wanting to go to the doctor's office.
You really don't get the type of treatment that you get from Happi Inc from other places in the area. I highly recommend them.
The personal attention my family gets from HAPPI Urgent Care is the best. I can't get over how great they are.
I don't understand all of the horrible reviews. My son has been a patient for almost 3 years. Great Doctor and staff! Dr. Andrews is very caring. When she comes in the room, she will actually sit down with you and discuss any question, concerns, interesting info, or anything you want to talk about! Whenever my son is sick, they are very attentive and caring. If your child is sick, it is best to take them in instead of expecting them to diagnose your child over the phone. I would not call the staff rude and cold. Almost 3 years with several visits, I have never experienced rudeness or coldness. When my son gets a little wild in the waiting room, they will talk to him and offer him a sticker to distract him. LOVE this place!!
I really do like this pediatrician office...the Nurse Practitioners are nice...Dr. Angelique is super sweet and very informative/professional. The front office staff (some) attitudes are bleh but never rude...just bleh and you're lucky if you get a smile.
Here are my Pros and Cons
PROS: ALWAYS takes walk-ins for urgent care between the hours of 9-10 Mon-Fri
My son (now 10 mo) has had several issues from jaundice to croup cough to ear infections...each time has been great, always expediant waiting room times (never too crowded) and medicines have been updated/effective in curing sickness.
Dr. Angelique or NP's are kind, informative, and know their job.
CONS: Received a random bill even though my insuraunce pays for everything (no-copays) so you should make sure that you are truly covered before checking in.
No other issues BUT this IS NOT AN EMERGENCY ROOM PEOPLE...so if your kid has a fever after office hours take them to the ER...It sucks if it costs you more...but it is what it is and better safe than sorry with your baby...not an ER but regular Doctor office and Urgent Care.
Also, if you are in ER with re-occuring issue (for example) the on-call Doctor WILL call and speak with Dr. Angelique for guidance/follow-up.
I don't see why the low rating. My Child loves the staff at HAPPI. I have never waited long to see Dr. Andrews and the staff have ALWAYS been nice and helpful. They even squeeze us in for emergencies. I don't see the one rude nurse that they had, I don't think she's there anymore.
Staff is rude and cold. Will not return to this clinic don't go.
Not very helpful at all.
DON'T GO!!
STAY AWAY!
In taking my newborn in for his first week check-up he had weighed less than his discharge from the hospital when weighed in his onesie and diaper. In going in for his 2 week PKU blood draw; he was weighed in his full outfit including hat and pacifier weighing the same as the week before. There was absolutely no concern from anyone in the office.
Needless to say we changed practices where there was immediate concern over his weight. We hope by his 2 month check-up he will be back on track for healthy growth.
There are several other lesser reasons why not to go including over 2 hours for the 1 week check and being told the only reason was it was busy - our appointment was within there first hour of business.
I was very very unhappy with this Dr! My 10 wk old son had been sick for 2 wks and was running a fever and twice I was told he was ok! The next day my son was hospitalized with RSV for a week! The emergency room Drs told me that something is wrong for him to be so young and running a fever! The topper was that when we went in for a follow up she had an attitude like she had done nothing wrong...we haven't been back since!
