        Overall

        VERY understaffed, especially nights/weekends and very little actual CARE. Facility appears clean enough but has NO ONE who cleans THOUROUGHLY as would be expected in a NURSING FACILITY. Total lack of disinfecting of common areas even when they are under lockdown from contagious disease (personally witnessed hand rails being wiped with dirty damp cloth, NO disinfectant or even a bucket of SOAPY water being used). Costs are on avg. with others in area but NOT because they spend money on excellent food or staff. Kitchen is regularly closed and Subway or pizza is brought in for residents. NO RN on site 24 hrs and NO SECURITY measures in place to protect residents from just anyone wandering about on a daily basis. rating SHOULD BE MINUS stars, but they don't have that and comments will not post without a 'star' rating.
