I starting vaping 3 years ago in order to quit smoking so I am knowledgeable about the products & prices. I am new to this area and needed to find a local store I could give my business to. On my first visit I only needed a tank and knew the exact one I wanted. The service was un-attentive and made me feel as though I was a burden and she had better things to do. I gave it another shot and this experience was mind blowing. The rep I dealt with acted like he had alot of knowledge about the products however I was asking about the Eleaf iStick with temp control that I wanted bc I had just lost mine. He said they may not get any more of those bc there were better products available. (and also more expensive). Overall some employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, the management just needs to properly train employees and let them know the customer is always right...don't try to sell someone they do not want.

great lit'l shop... i went in to learn about vapor, and Morgan very professionally introduced plenty of flavors and excellent mod options. Feels like a shop where you are welcomed to sit down and enjoy.

I've been shipping Eco Smoke for over a year, and have not had anything but great experiences. Sometimes the wait can be long, but I'll just sit at their flavor bar and try some new liquids. These guys have always been helpful when I'm having issues with my batteries or atomizers. Eco smoke prices are mostly spot in with the Internet when looking at hardware and systems and I don't have to pay the shipping. Not to mention they DO carry authentic systems and clones, and are clearly marked. These guys have truly helped me and they continue to be my favorite vape shop. Thanks Eco for changing my life.
Everytime I think about the day I walked into Eco Smoke I feel like an idiot. I should feel happy that I stopped smoking but I was ripped off galore! To start with, you have to take a number and wait until someone can get to you. I can understand this for those new to vaping since they need more in depth assisance but for returning customers I can see this as being a pain. Since people don't do their homework before going into such a store it stays busy because they don't realize how much they're overpaying. Anyways, I didn't have to wait and a girl started helping me. She obviously had minimal knowledge of the products though she claimed to have been vaping for 4 months. I didn't know how much she didn't know until after I educated myself on all the products. I wasn't given a lot of options and didn't even understand what the pros and cons were of the items in front of me. I knew I needed 2 batteries though so I would always have one going. I wasn't properly accessed to see what starter kit would be right for me and 2 weeks later that kit went in a drawer to never be touched again. I was constanty rotating my batteries on the charger and the voltage didn't work for me. The juice that I purchased burned extremely fast. By the time I bought replacement heads and juice I would be paying more than I was paying smoking. Since I was having a horrible time with the bottom coil clearomizer I was doing a lot of research online trying to figure it out and was able to learn a lot of other things. That's the only reason I didn't stop vaping. I was on the verge of giving up due to the problems I was having. A week after buying my kit I saw a lady with a cool decorated battery and asked her about it. She told me how much it was and told me where. I was shocked how little she paid and somewhat angry that I was ripped off so badly. A couple weeks later I went to Elk River Vapors in Fayetteville, TN. I live closer to Huntsville so it was out of my way but I needed to get some stuff and I couldn't afford Eco's prices. Since walking out of Eco that first day I've never been back and send no one there. I've sent a lot of their customers to ERV or at least another place closer to them when I explain how high their prices are in comparisson. Many of them have told me that their customer service has been very poor for them but they didn't know where else to go. All in all, if you're looking to quit smoking, Ecigs are a great alternative and can work if you get the right shop to assist you on starting out. Eco is not that type of shop. Check around you and do some searching to find a place that people recommend. Join an ecig group so they can give you some ideas about what prices are appropriate. I spent almost $100 when I can find the exact same things for half the price at other shops and a quarter of the price online. Also, their items aren't all authentic so don't fall for that! Best of luck with your quitting smoking and if you have had trouble with Eco Smoke don't give up just find another place to go. These smaller stores are very customer oriented and will go out of their way to help you!
My husband bought a whole set up from eco smoke store on University Drive in Huntsville. He liked it so well, I decided to go in and purchase one for myself. We went in and they were out of the same set ups but they "put one together" for me. I got to the car and realized it was leaking oil and walked back to the door. They were closing the store and had locked the door.. The employees acted as if they didn't see me.(when they clearly seen me trying to get their attention) ...I went back in the following morning and they refused to replace it or refund my money for a later purchase when they had more come in. They even told me the reason mine was leaking and my husbands was not was because they used parts in the store to build my set up. Manager pointed to a sign on the wall that said no refunds no exchange! I felt like I was on an episode of PUNKED! We will NEVER go back and give these jerks another dime of our money! Shop at your own risk people! Only reason I gave them 1 star was because I had to click a star to post this!
Thanks to the guy who stayed a half hours past closing. I was having a problem with an atomizer I bout a month ago, and the sales person stayed late with me and helped me figure it out. I've been coming here for months and have had nothing but great service! I am always impressed with how polite and knowlegeable they are.
I just don't get the bad reviews I saw here, so felt compelled to tell my story. Maybe some people should learn to take responsibility for thier own actions. If I drop and break my tv I don't expect BBuy to give me a new one, and if its outta warranty I don't expect them to fix it. People that feel entitled are just a pet peive of mine.
I was having a problem with my atomizer I bought a month ago, so I took it back to them to see what the problem was. The sales guy stayed and helped me for a half hour after they closed. He very nicely explained what the problem may be, and we seemed to have it solved. Thanks to the sales guy for staying late and helping me figure it all out! I don't understand the bad customer service claims. I've been coming here for months and they have always been very polite and helpful to me. But then again I don't feel entitled and expect free stuff when I've been using stuff for months, and it's my fault when it's messed up. To all those haters maybe you should learn to take responsibility for your own action. When I break my tv I don't expect best buy to give me a free one.
If you are thinking of shopping here: I wanted to let you know how displeased I was with your customer service. I had recently purchased an atomizer and apparently used it incorrectly. Now keep in mind when I came in and purchased the atomizer that I had been purchasing others from online stores. The Ecosmoke sales lady never asked if I had any questions or concerns and didn’t bother to tell me that you had to put at least 50 drops of your eliquid in the container before use. I assumed it was like the other atomizers I had used previously. I put a few drops in, let it set for maybe 5 minutes and began use. Of course I got the burnt taste. I added a few drops and tired again. Still had that burnt taste. I thought I may have gotten a bad atomizer from the manufacturer. That can happen every once in a while, so I took it back the very next day along with my receipt. (Also, keep in mind that I had purchased several other products which were listed on this same receipt). The gentleman who waited helped me load more eliquid into the atomizer (using about a 1/3 of the bottle). Even after the salesman and I had loaded the atomizer and let it soak through the batting it still had the horrible taste. I asked if I could exchange it for a new one and he absolutely would not let me. I didn’t ask for my money back. I simply asked to exchange for a new one. I know that you can get bad product from your manufacturer every once in a blue moon and that the company could have sent this particular one back. I understand that the atomizers are only $2.50 a piece but when I come in and spend over $25 in product in the store and am not completely satisfied then the sales people should be able to at least exchange smaller items. Ecosmoke is one of those businesses that needs repeat customers and if this is the best the company can do for customer service then I’d say you won’t keeping too many customers. I for one will stick with buying my products online with vendors who stand behind their product.
I really enjoyed my time with the guys and gal at Eco smoke. They are all so very friendly and willing to help. I never thought I could stop smoking, but now I'm what they call a vaper ...lol. They are always very friendly and helpful even when I'm having problems with my stuff. They always show me how to use my atomizers and stay on me about keeping my batteries clean haha. I have converted all my friends!
I am fairly new to this "vaping" thing. I was told by a friend about Eco Smoke and went to the store a few weeks ago. Im glad I did. I was intimidated at all the options. The service was excellent which is very uncommon these days. I did have to wait a bit before I was helped cause it was packed in there which I guess is a good thing. But it gave me achance to hear the other people who work there talking to other new customers just like me. There were so informative and seemed to make it easy to buy things. The girl that helped me out was very nice and answered all my questions and didint try to rush my out or take my money and run like some other sales places do. I was given alot of information after the sale about how to use it and warranty stuff but Im affraid i forgot it all. I think it was too much info. But I really had a good experience and am telling everyone who smokes to come by. Thank you to Eco Smoke, lets hope I stay on the e cig
