CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacy department has really fallen off the map lately. Prescriptions called in early not filled when going by to pick them up. One never came across their email system in a timely manner. Waited an hour and had to call the Dr again for him to call it in, in person. My son just went in to get a prescription filled and was told it would be an hour?! Usually it was the 20 minute wait. This is not the holiday season, nor a flu epidemic so hopefully someone within the store who cares will address this soon. If not, there are other places that make a business selling these things as well. Really disappointed in the current state of operation.
