        Overall

        Rude! Talked with nurse or assistant and asked if they accepted walk-ins or not, and without any response I was transferred to a voice automation system, and then hung up on. This happened twice by the way. This is unacceptable, especially for someone who is in agonizing pain and looking for help ASAP!
