1.) The receptionist needs to be fired. No customer service skills at all.

2.) The staff is rude, unprofessional, and unhappy. They are not people persons at all.

3.) If you would like to be hear about how well of an owner you are and pet you have, just ask them to put you in a room to wait and see the doctor. They'll stand in the back and talk about you like a dog. Nothing too your face though. I call them cheap shots.

4.) There staff has the biggest attitude and it shows when they answer the phone and at the front desk.

5.) You wait for hours before they'll even acknowledge you're there.

6.) A typical drop-off day means you drop your pet off at 9:00am and it is still not ready for pick-up at 6:00pm.

7.) Take the day off from work if you plan on staying to see the doctor (SLOW, SLOW, SLOW). They spend most of there day in the back talking about owners.

Vet did NOT do fecal test even though I told them my dogs stomach was making constant BOILING sound. Gave meds for red sore throat, syringes to give him pedialyte & water. Drop off for 5 or 6 hours and never see the vet. Blood today in dogs stool so took somewhere else. My dog has Intestinal Parasites & was very sick. $250 dollars later at Banfield I went somewhere else, saw vet, talked with him & they did fecal exam, several cans of special food, flavor packets, meds, and I was out the door in 1hour for $108. Feel like Banfield vet didn’t know her stuff and they price gouged me to boot! NEVER GOING BACK! Never going anywhere I can’t see and speak face to face with vet!!! FURIOUS? Heck YES!!!




Not sure about the negative reviews prior, maybe isolated incidents. I have been using this location since they opened. Dr. Castro-Jones and staff are more caring than words can say. I always see the same people (low employee turn-over must mean something is working) which makes me feel more comfortable leaving my pets for treatment. In the past I remember a few bad apples but those were always taken care of quickly. The high quality of medicine is unquestionable. Probably better than most human medical teams. LOVE LOVE LOVE this team!!

The doctors have always been friendly and do a great job with my dog. The hours are very convenient.
