Overall

Terrible service!! We were given this company to fix our double ovens through our home warranty company. They came for the first initial visit, promised services and took our copay. Since then we have not received any other calls, services or visits from this company. It's been over a month. The clerk is very disrespectful and unhelpful. She actually hung up on me when I asked for the owners name to file a complain with the better business bureau. The owner is actually one of the technicians who stays in the field all day so never has time to call anyone. The clerk will not even call him during the day but leaves all the messages on his desk for the end of the day. This is such a poorly run company. I really don't know how this company manages to even stay in business with how they treat their clients. I have since found another company to fix my oven and when I mentioned the name of Appliance Surgeons to him, he just laughed and said that he understood why I didn't get my job done.

Honestly this company does not even deserve 1 star. They never answer the phone and they do not return calls when you leave a message. I haven't heard from them since the technician was here over a week ago. They did not order my parts like they were suppose to. I had to call my warranty company to get them ordered. I guess since they were paid by me the day they came out they think they can drop the ball and not finish the job. Well I do not appreciate this horrible service. Do NOT use this company they are not professional and they do not care about customer satisfaction.

One Month without a dryer and going on 4 Mis-diagnoses

Well we are going on a month now without a dryer. The reason is this company has misdiagnosed our problem 3 times now! After every misdiagnoses we have to wait a week before the next part comes in. Well so far they have replaced the start stop button, Motor and Timer. After the timer was replaced this was suppose to fix the problem, but it didn't and now going on almost a month and waiting another week they are suppose to be bringing in another motor, because they said the one they put in was bad! Well this is just plain rediculuous and on top of that I wouldn't even be dealing with this company except the home warranty place uses them so we are stuck with this lousy service. How many times and mis-diagnoses are we going to go through? Guess we will see after today because they are suppose to be here again. This is just pathetic and I would in no way shape or form recommend this company to anyone here in town. This may not be deemed an emergency but my wife having to use a laundrymat for a month now is just plain crazy. Fingers crossed it gets fixed today, but i'm not holding my breath.

LOUSY FOLLOW THRU

Came to fix my oven the week before Christmas and told me they would be back on that Friday (before). Now it's the first of the year and I still havent heard from them, nor has my insurance company! I understand if things come up.......... however, it has been the holidays, i do have a family, there were dinners that had to be cooked and so forth. Thank goodness I had a spare little oven. SAD and BAD service.
