Don't ever bring your car here! They have my car for 3 months and can't fix it! I even prepaid for their services. The manager James told me to come get it and get my money back very rude and unprofessional behavior! THIS IS YOUR WARNING NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!! !!

CROOKS! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR!!! I paid $2400 to rebuild a transmission on my 2000 Accord and then when it went bad a little over a year later, they refused to fix it. I noticed it was bad immediately when I accidentally slipped my transmission into Neutral while driving and my car didn't react at all. One month after they did the work on my car, my car wouldn't start because these crooks had replaced my brand new battery with an old used battery. When I finally mustered up the nerve to go back to them, they told me that the old management messed over a lot of people but they were under new management. Then they said that if I paid them an additional $2400, they would rebuild my transmission over again because my warranty had expired. Who has that kind of money to spend on a 15-year-old car? The car isn't even worth that much, but they wanted me to shell out a total of $4800 to replace my transmission twice! Dealing with dishonest, swindling, pilfering, crooked mechanics like this are the reason why I HATE mechanics. They are all lying crooks that will take advantage of anyone that will let them, especially women.

The customer service was awfully!!! Don't go to this place, they lied about the price. I had a leak a week later and the store manager had the nerve to say that he would not honor the warranty if the transmission level was low. What??? The transmission was leaking. I had to call the nationwide customer service, which did contact the dishonest store manager. I would recommend getting your transmission fixed at the dealership, the cost are the same and the service and warranty is much better.

The customer service was great. Had transmission rebuilt along with an extended warranty. Transmission had slight problems after a few years and aamco fixed it without problems
