        So Helpful!

        I thought I knew which part I needed, but when the person who handled my call questioned me on my model number, he realized I had looked at the wrong section on my manual and asked me to double check. He was right! Their knowledge and interest in getting it right saved me from making the wrong purchase and then having to return and re-purchase. Thanks, guys!
