Our septic pump quit working. On the recommendation of a tradesman we know and respect, we called Hayden & Sons. They arrived in the early morning as promised, and after checking in with us, went right to work. They took the time to describe their effort both as they were doing it and after. They explained why they felt it was an improvement over the old setup. They only removed the failed electrical controller and burnt up pump. Functional, now unused, parts were offered to us. When it came time to pay, they refused our credit card on site, asking that we call it in to the office in order to better protect our payment information. We were impressed with their service for both effectiveness and efficiency. Having to deal with hovering homeowners unable to wash or flush regularly, and having to climb into a confining pump pit recently filled with bodily waste can't be a pleasant task. You wouldn't know it judging by their customer service, reasonable price and confident offer of trust.

good work but slow at it ,noisy trucks more than a average truck,seem professional all butt the helper standing around most of the time for the price im charged
