I don't understand why WSAZ has so many hours of local news programing each day. How many times do we need to hear the same local news and weather in a day? They start at 4 A.M. that last until 7 A.M. The Today show is on for hours.(constant local break ins) At noon you have another hour of local news, at 4 p. m. you have 3 more hours of news. Only 30 minutes of that is NBC News the rest is local. It's a terrible line up. I see that they added DR Phil, but still they saved that time slot from 4 P.M. until 6 P.M. for..local news??? When there is a crisis, I understand but I don't care to watch a local newscasters cooking, why not add a cooking show? WSAZ was always my favorite growing up, in the last few years they have become a local news channel and we have CNN, FOX, MSNBC..none of those channels have enough political and national news to fill a line up.. so why does WSAZ believe anyone wants to watch their local 20 minutes of news ..for 7 hours????
My 2 Grandkids and myself get over the top friendly service and awesome prices that can't be beat. The enormous selection of quality frames always make us happy. We have been coming to Valley Vision for 6yrs now and have never been disappointed.
This is one of the rudest physicians I have ever met in my life! I heard him talking negatively about all of the welfare patients coming to see him, complaining about them like they were the scum of the earth. He was speaking about them as a whole. No one knew I was hearing this. IT WAS IN THE OFFICE, TOO! He has rude receptionists to match! I walked out of there and will never, ever go there again and all my family has left there, as well. HE SURE HAS NO PROBLEM ACCEPTING ALL OF THE MONEY HE IS GETTING FROM THOSE "DIRTY WELFARE PATIENTS"!!!!
I am a 47 year old man with progressive vision loss. I had an eye exam 2 years ago at a different doctors office and was told the i couldn't get corrected any better than 20/70. I went to Tri-State Eye Care and the doctor there got me to 20/40!!! Being as i want to drive professionally I needed to get to 20/40. The exam took about 50 minutes total actual testing time. The longest exam i had at other places was about 20 minutes. About half the tests i had with Tri-State i never had before even with the Army! Give them a try you won't be sorry!
I will not be going back to Tri-State Eye Care Center.I came in as a new patient and was given some incorrect information by an office staff member who said my insurance would pay for another pair of glasses. So I ordered another pair. It turned out the frames were not covered by insurance and Tri-State Eye Care sent me a bill for them. When I called in and tried to speak with Lisa, a staff member, about the possibility of writing off this bill since I only ordered the extra glasses because the other staff member had assured me they would be covered by insurance, Lisa was quite rude and unpleasant. Not only did she refuse to write off the bill, but she was exceedingly unprofessional in how she spoke to me. I can forgive the fact that I was given incorrect information by the first staff person, because people do make mistakes. None of us are perfect. But Tri-State Eye Care should have made this right, and they didn't. They just added insult to injury when they were so unprofessional with me during my inquiry. My doctor was competent and pleasant but that was cancelled out by the other problems I had here. There was no excuse for a member of this office staff to be so surly and rude to a brand new patient. So I will not be going back here, and I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend them.
The doctors here take their time with each customer and don't rush you thru like cattle.
