The WalkAide™ is a battery-operated, portable electrical stimulator, which activates the muscles needed to lift the foot. Conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, incomplete spinal cord injuries and others are treatable with a WalkAide™. Mr. Michael Mangino is both a licensed and American Board Certified Orthotist and Prosthetist and he is also a Board Certified Pedorthist. He holds several patents in the Orthotics and Sports Medicine field. His research has been published and he has been interviewed by various journals within the profession. Mr. Mangino is considered an expert in the field of 4 Dimensional Scoliosis Bracing for both children and adults. He has been published in these disciplines and regularly teaches bracing protocols to Physicians and Schroth Physical Therapists throughout the Middle Atlantic and New England States.

9AM to 5PM Michael Mangino, C.P.O., and Grant Wood, C.P.O. will be conducting a WCR Brace clinic hosted by Schroth Therapist Amy Sbihli, DPT at Orthopaedics Plus Physical Therapy in Boston Massachusetts. The free evaluation Clinic will be open to patients, their families and physicians interested in learning more about the utilization of WCR bracing techniques in conservative Scoliosis Care.
