I took my honda odyssey to california transmissions last year to change the transmission on my 2001 honda odyssey because it was liking, i paid $1,400 for a rebuild transmission to jessy the manager and he gave me 2 years warranty or 24,000 miles, after 10 days i picked it up, when i first drove the car, it felt good, but after one hour of being driving it, the check engine came on and it stared shaking when i steped on the gas, and when i put the reverse it made a horrible noyse, i took it back to them for the warranty they gave me, and they said you have to leave it here for one week, after one week, i called them and they said it's going to take another 2 days, finally i went to pick it up and they said we fixed the problem and it's ready, i drove the car home everything was ok, the next day when i was going to work, i stoped on a red light and then when the light went green steped on the gas, the car shaked and jumped like a frog, i took it to a honda certified dealer and they said, it was a transmission problem because they didn't put the original honda sensor, which they charged me for, almost $300. i didn't call them again to take the car back because i don't have time to drive it all the way there, i took it there two times already and I'm pretty sure if i take it one more time the same thing is going to happen, what a bad experience and waste of time and money with this "mechanics".Don't waste your time and money going with this people, they don't know what they do, so disappointed of california transmissions.
