Where to start? Mens department doesnt even have a mirror. .. ad says 50 percent off outerwear... not a single piece at half price to be found. Numerous items of aparrel missing tags. In the departments there is NO one to help... yet employees are seen all over... walking aimlessly. Head toward the cashier.... cashier has a serious attitude problem with the customer in front of me who is attempting to make a 200 dollar plus purchase. 35 plus frustrated customers waiting on only 2 open registers. .. and neither one is functional and no sense of urgency on the 6 employees milling around nearby. Apparently this is the normal level of customer service in this dump. Its no wonder Sears plumetted from being the largest retailer in the world in the 1970's to the incompetent joke of a chain they are today. I, for one, will shop elsewhere.
