Great experience! Mark was very knowledgeable on their cars and helped us with our loan. He showed us options on warranties but didn't push us to buy. The Impala we bought was very clean and when we took it to our mechanic it only needed a windshield wiper. Very laid back and no pressure was nice. Definitely would recommend.
I purchased a 2007 cobalt from here in May of 2013 and within a month of having it I found out that someone had put the wrong fuse box in the car. That caused all the wiring in my car to melt, which could have caused a serious fire at any time. Also, the wires inside my car were taped together and were two different gauges. After 4 days of repairs at a Chevy dealer and a thousand dollars later, I talked to the owner of Sunshine Auto Sales who just said, "That's just not possible." Keep in mind that I had all the paperwork from the Chevy dealer, melted wires cut from my car, and the fuse box. However, he didn't want to take any responsibility for the car he sold me that could have cost my life or could have caught my house on fire if parked in the garage, which I often did. In addition, I will say it is possible that he did not personally put the wrong fuse box in the vehicle. However, a few days after I had purchased the vehicle the power lock button on the passenger side had stopped working. He told me to bring it back and he would take care of it. He just said the wires in the door just needed cleaned. The Chevy dealer in Muncie, IN and I have a difficult time believing that he did not know about the damaged wiring. This is because most of the melted wire that Chevy had removed was from the same place where he had "cleaned" some wires. I encourage you not to shop here. He does not care about his customers and is willing to put his financial gain above someone's safety.

Horrid experience. Bought a car on a monday, drove it home (less than .5 mile) and went out the next day and drove less than 3 miles. Completely overheated. Filled the antifreeze again with a gallon and 1/2. Drove home and got out the next morning and drove 5 miles to the store and it overheated again. Tallked to them on Wednesday and they said to bring it in on thursday and they would look at it. They said it sounded like the water pump. The owner was supposed to come in and look at it on thursday. He had an emergency and didn't show up until friday. They called me late on friday and said it was definitely the water pump. The guy said he would call and let me know what the owner was willing to do to make it right as soon as he knew. I didn't hear from them anymore until monday morning. They didn't even bother to let me know what was going on Saturday. Then monday morning I am told they will replace the water pump. It would be in at 3pm and I could pick up the car and the water pump then and give me the name of someone to change it!!!! I picked up the car and water pump and called the name he gave me, they want 400.00 to replace the water pump. I feel like they knew it was bad when it went off the lot. I mean you couldn't really test drive it because the needle on the gas gauge was almost on E when they let me test drive it. So I couldn't go far enough to know the water pump was bad. The most awful car buying experience and I will never do business with them again and caution others against it as well.
Terrible! Do not buy from Gary's. It took 31 days to get my title...and that was after he told me it would take 2 weeks tops. And it should be noted, a dealership has a legal obligation to deliver the title within 21 days. Also, he sold me a "1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee", which was really a 1998 as the title stated! Verrrry dishonest and flaky. Do not waste your time or your money.
