Integrating the 8 limbs of Yoga, Seventh Chakra shares various practices of Kundalini Yoga along with classes specializing in Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation. Our teachers are community organizers, mothers, healers, pastors, and artists and our teaching is founded on the promise of service. In addition to our 25 diverse weekly classes, we offer community classes in Yoga and Reiki that are free of charge or donation based. As the principal Kundalini studio in Orange County, Seventh Chakra Yoga exists to build consciousness, happiness, service, and awareness in the community.
