        Overall

        I have lived here for five years. It use to be a nice place to live but no longer is. Forget inviting your friends or family over " no visitors allowed" to park on premise. Some tenants have three or four cars and font park in their assigned parking. Rent increases every year. From $50-150.00 per year. Very loud environment: car alarms go off. Smoke alarms go off!!! residents stomp on cheap stairs. Part of the building is not built stable. Landlord is very rude and inconvenienced when you ask her for a repair. Especially if your garbage disposal breaks or your door lock falls apart! No dishwashers, only in a few apts. cottage cheese ceilings for the older residents. Not a tranquil place like it states in brochure. Also you can only have Time Warner no other cable options. Land lord leaves letters taped to your door almost everyday. Hidden cameras that don't work in your favor. My two bikes were stolen and landlord didn't offer or help run cameras so I could see who thieves were? It's very annoying and not worth the money at all. I feel like I live in a prison!!!!
