Thank you very much for the exceptional service provided to Mavi, while he was there. It was a very scary time for us since he was so sick and We thought he's not going to make it. He was treated by Dr. John Tran. I couldn’t have asked for more considerate and caring doctors. The tech who handled Mavi was Vu. He was who made me feel that Mavi was truly loved and given more than just the medical attention he needed. All the staffs were also wonderful.
One again, million thanks to Dr. John Tran for saving Mavi's life.
We want you to know that your advice was priceless and Mavi is doing very well and is full of life and energy right now.

i took my first dog that I ever owned here and it was less then the best service I had to give him more shots then the baby shots we had to, they would loose my files (not professional) the price were alright but I would pay a little extra to have a great doctor/hospital for my puppy...if you want cheap and not good service for you animal come here .

DON'T DO IT...THEY MAY BE CHEAP BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!



The people up front didn't even check in the appointments. They left me standing there while they were talk to each other. I had to interrupt their conversation and tell them that I had an appointment. It wasn't even busy. I was THE ONLY one in the waiting room.



This place was horrible. As I was taking my dog to the back all I saw as the staff dancing to music in the back and in the hallway. I mean how about teaching your staff to be a little more professional. I only tried this place because it is around the corner from my house but never again. I was checking out this place to use for all my dog's shot and things like that but I am glad I only went there for simple grooming.



Trust me stay away...save yourself the headache!

After breeding dogs for 22 years and doing business with this facility a few times now, I refer many of my local puppy buyers to this facility. Clean, modern and friendly..... Dr. Tran and his staff are the ones to help care for your family pet.

We have been using Dr Tran and the FAH for several years and have been very happy with the service he has provided us with.



Dr Tran is always thorough and cares about the physical and mental well-being of our Labrador Retriever. His normal practice is to provide three quotes to cater for every budget. While we would love to be able to afford the Rolls Royce option, our finances never seem to stretch that far, and the lowest cost option has always proved satisfactory.



Another bonus is that the FAH will price match medication. We normally go in with the best on-line quote we can find and have always had it matched.



On our last visit we needed X-Rays and blood tests. There was no charge for additional X-Rays, and there was no charge for a return visit two days later for Dr Tran to explain the remaining blood test results.



We are frankly stunned by some of the negative reviews we have seen, as the experiences of people we’ve met in the waiting room, and those of friends we’ve sent there have all been positive. Perhaps the competitiveness of the Veterinary services industry is a factor?



To sum up, if you live in the area, love your pet and are on a budget, consider the FAH.

I am extremely pleased with the Friendly Animal Hospital! As a first time doggy mommy, I can be a little hyper about Tucker's health and I feel that he has received nothing but the best care from Dr. Tran. His examinations are thorough, he itimizes & explains his suggestions for care so that you know he is honest in his pricing and you are never stuck with a huge bill or the feeling that you were charged for unnecessary tests or procedures. The staff is helpful, knowledgable and, true to their office name, super friendly. Their hours are fantastic and I never wait more than 15 minutes when I have an appointment. The office is spotless & they even let you check in on your pet via webcam. Dr. Tran is a wonderful, caring, funny and trustworthy vet!
